Haven't dived in a while? Our Costa Refresher program is designed for certified divers who need to gradually refresh their knowledge and skills. We start in confined water and progress to the inshore reef, rebuilding your confidence step by step with expert instructors.

The Coast Refresher is the perfect option for those who want to return to diving in a relaxed and safe way . We start on the beach with a theoretical review where we will cover essential concepts: dive planning, underwater communication signals, and safety and emergency procedures.
Once in the water, we begin in a confined and shallow water area where you will practice fundamental skills in complete tranquility: equipment assembly and check, entering the water from the shore, buoyancy control, mask cleaning, regulator retrieval, kicking techniques, controlled ascent and descent, and safety procedures.
When you feel completely comfortable and confident , we move on to the beautiful coastal reef of Cozumel where you will do a guided dive , putting into practice everything you have learned while enjoying the incredible marine life of the Caribbean: tropical fish, corals, sponges and the crystal clarity of our waters.
